Shedding those antlers must feel like just having taken a 10 Couric dump.

The one at 15seconds isn’t shedding his horns, just stripping the velvet off.

Why do you have to run afterwards? Is it shame? Do you feel unprotected?

Love how so many of them seem confused when it happens. Like “thah fuck? Oh hell- MARY! Yes, again. I don’t know why it keeps happening- Mary if I knew I would make sure it wasn’t happening now wouldn’t I”

That caribou is not shedding his antlers he’s rubbing the velvet off. His antlers are just done growing.

All I see is deer and moose losing their horns. Not one rhino, cow, or jackalope.

The third clip is from Brownville’s Food Pantry for Deer youtube channel which is one of my fave channels.
The up close pictures don’t have the texture or depth gore or offal usually does, so I don’t know I find them so uncomfortable.

I’ve always found this interesting because in Connecticut we have deer everywhere and I’ve never in my whole life seen antlers on the ground in the woods.

I love how they get spooked by the antlers falling on them or around them, and dash away.

It’s really funny when they shake them off

Why do they always run away after shedding?

This was genuinely interesting as fuck. Well done.
Those things seem like they itch.
Looks so tender where they came off at.
I like the second to last one that just gently lays the antler down somehow.
